Where does this sconce work best?
At L 10.2″ × H 23.6″ the Auretta is a tall, elegant sconce for a bedside, hallway, entryway or flanking a mirror or console. The white drum shade gives a soft, warm glow while the leaf-motif brass stem adds a botanical, organic accent.
What bulbs do you recommend?
Use E14/E12 LED candle bulbs at 4–5W in warm white (2700 K); the fabric drum shade diffuses the light into a soft, cozy glow. Bulbs are not included. E12 vs E14 guide →
How high should I mount it?
As a bedside sconce, mount it 15–25 cm / 6–10″ above the mattress so the light falls where you read; flanking a mirror or console, place a symmetrical pair with the center around eye level. Allow clearance for its 23.6″ height. It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box.
How do I clean the shade and brass?
Dust the fabric drum shade with a soft brush or a vacuum brush attachment on low. Wipe the brass stem and leaf detail with a soft, dry cloth — a small soft brush helps reach the leaf motifs. Spot-clean a mark on the shade with a barely-damp cloth and let it air-dry; keep liquid off the brass.
