"Bubble-style" describes pendant lamps whose form draws on the iconic mid-century Bubble lamps of the 1950s — soft, organic shades made by stretching white polymer over a lightweight steel wire frame. We describe this lamp as Bubble-style because it draws on that craft heritage and silhouette language; it is an independently designed and manufactured piece, not a licensed reproduction.

The white polymer skin is sprayed and cured by hand. As the polymer settles, it leaves a subtle, fibrous "veined" texture across the surface. This is a feature of authentic polymer construction, not a defect — the same fibrous skin is what gives the lamp its signature soft, non-glare diffusion when illuminated.

The veining is more visible up close or when the lamp is unlit. Once turned on, the texture recedes into a warm, evenly diffused glow.

This pendant is a hardwired ceiling fixture — it connects to a standard ceiling junction box, just like a typical pendant or chandelier. We provide a 150 cm / 59″ wire from canopy to shade; extendable on request.

Standard E26 / E27 screw-base bulb (LED or Edison). E26 in North America, E27 in Europe and the UK. Bulbs are not included.
