Which size should I choose?
The ∅ 17.7″ suits bedrooms, breakfast nooks and round tables of about 36–48″. The ∅ 23.6″ is the all-rounder for dining and living rooms, over tables of roughly 48–60″. The ∅ 31.5″ makes a neoclassical statement in large dining rooms, great rooms and foyers, over tables of 60–72″ or more.
How high should I hang it?
Over a dining table, hang the bottom of the chandelier about 30–36″ (76–91 cm) above the tabletop; in walkways and entryways, keep at least 7 ft (213 cm) of clearance beneath it. Each size comes with a 30 cm / 11.8″ hanging chain – contact us if you need a different length to suit your ceiling. It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and controlled by a common wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This chandelier takes E14 or E12 bulbs. Use LED candle bulbs at about 3–5W each in warm white (2700 K) – warm light brings out the soft glow and cloud-like veining of the alabaster. Bulbs are not included. E12 vs E14 guide →
How do I care for the alabaster?
Alabaster is a soft, porous natural stone – clean the tiles with a soft, dry cloth only and never use water, sprays or cleaning products, which can mark or dull the surface. Dust the filigree crests with a soft, dry brush. Switch off at the wall and let the bulbs cool first. Natural veining and tonal variations are part of the stone’s character, not a defect.

Alabaster is a mineral first worked by the Egyptians and Greeks — prized then, as now, for its translucency and quiet grain. Each of our fixtures begins as a block of raw stone and ends in a fixture that glows as if lit from inside the earth itself.
A material that changes a room.
Synthetic shades mimic the look. Alabaster is the look. Semi-translucent, naturally warm, and quietly alive — it softens the light passing through it and fills a space with the kind of glow that makes people slow down.
To work with alabaster is to follow the stone — not force it. Each block tells the carver where the light wants to go.
Four steps from
quarry to fixture.
Every alabaster piece passes through the same four hands — cutting, shaping, drilling, finishing. What arrives at your door carries the trace of all of them.
Cutting
Raw blocks are scored and cut on precision stone saws — every dimension traced from the original design, every grain of the stone respected.
Shaping
Complex curves are turned on lathes and carved by hand. Each fixture's silhouette is coaxed from the stone rather than imposed on it.
Drilling
Concealed channels are drilled for wiring and concealed hardware — invisible in the finished piece, but critical to the clean line.
Finishing
Polished to a soft lustre or honed to matte — whichever brings the stone's veining forward without overpowering it.
