How do the layers and sizes differ?
The round versions come in two, three or four layers of glass petals, growing in diameter and height with each tier — from ∅ 19.7″ up to ∅ 31.5″. More layers means a fuller, taller silhouette and more output. There is also an 8-head linear version (L 31.5″) to run along a rectangular table or island. Pick the round form for a table or room centre, the linear for a long surface.
Which size suits my room?
As a guide, pick a round diameter roughly one-half to two-thirds the width of the table or surface below. The two-layer sizes suit dining tables and bedrooms; three-layer sizes anchor living rooms; the four-layer ∅ 31.5″ is a statement for high-ceiling foyers. The 8-head linear suits long dining tables and islands.
How high should I hang it?
Over a table or island, hang the bottom of the fixture about 75–90 cm / 30–35″ above the surface. It uses a rigid suspension rod of 50 cm / 19.7″ whose length can be varied on request for high or low ceilings. Contact us with your ceiling height before shipping.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This fixture takes E26/E27 bulbs. Use E26/E27 LED bulbs in warm white (2700 K); warm light plays across the clear gold-finish glass petals and golden frame for a glimmering glow. Bulbs are not included. E26 vs E27 guide →
