Where does this sconce work best?
At L 6.3″ × W 4.7″ × H 3.9″ the Ravenna is a compact accent sconce for a hallway, bedside, entryway, powder room or an accent wall — in homes or commercial spaces. Its rippled shade throws soft, water-like caustic shadows onto the surrounding wall, so it reads as much as a light effect as a fixture.
What kind of light does it give?
The Ravenna is an accent light, not a task light. Its integrated 10W LED refracts through the thick ripple-textured shade to project glare-free, water-like caustic patterns onto nearby surfaces. It works with a common wall switch; for dimming, pair it with a compatible LED wall dimmer.
How high should I mount it?
For the best caustic effect, mount it where the projected pattern will fall across an open stretch of wall — bedside, along a hallway, or beside an entry. Center around eye level or a little below for a bedside, or in a run for a corridor. It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box.
How do I clean it?
Switch off and let it cool, then dust the ripple shade and brass base with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a drop of mild dish soap, wipe gently and dry immediately. Keep liquid off the brass finish.
