Which size should I choose?
The two sizes differ in proportion as well as width. The ∅ 16.5″ (42 cm, 4 bulbs) is taller (H 20.5″) — a vertical jewel for an entryway, stairwell or bedside; the ∅ 19.7″ (50 cm, 5 bulbs) is wider and lower (H 16.5″), suited to a dining table or living room. As a guide over a table, pick a diameter roughly one-half to two-thirds its width.
How high should I hang it?
Over a table, hang the bottom of the fixture about 75–90 cm / 30–35″ above the surface so the crystal sparkles without blocking sightlines. It uses a 30 cm / 11.8″ hanging chain whose length can be changed on request for higher or lower ceilings. Contact us with your ceiling height before shipping.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This fixture takes E14 bulbs — 4 or 5 depending on size. Use E14 LED candle bulbs at 4–5W in warm white (2700 K); warm light makes the crystal catch and throw sparkle while highlighting the metal frame. Bulbs are not included. E14 bulb guide →
How do I keep the crystals sparkling?
Switch off and let the fixture cool, then dust the crystal with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For haze or fingerprints, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a drop of mild dish soap, wipe each piece gently and dry immediately. Keep liquid off the metal frame and dry it with the cloth only.

What the light passes through
Every crystal in the collection is cut to do one job: catch a single light source and scatter it. Choose a crystal form to see it up close.
How each fixture comes together
Cut
Crystals are cut with angled facets, the surfaces that split light into small points of color. The more precise the angle, the cleaner the sparkle.
Polish
Each piece is polished until the edges are clear, so light passes through without a cloudy haze and the facets stay bright for years.
Hang
Crystals are hung by hand onto the frame, one strand or drop at a time, and spaced so the fixture hangs level and glows evenly from every side.
Light and check
The finished fixture is lit and inspected before packing, then each part is wrapped separately. Spare crystals go into every box.
Keeping crystal brilliant
Crystal only sparkles when it's clean. A few minutes of care keeps the light as clear as the day it was installed.
Switch off and cool
Turn the fixture off at the wall and let the bulbs cool before you touch any crystal.
Dust every month
Wear soft cotton gloves and wipe each crystal with a dry microfiber cloth to stop dust building up.
Deep clean once or twice a year
Wipe with a cloth lightly dampened in distilled water mixed with a little isopropyl alcohol, then dry right away to avoid spots.
Protect the finish
Keep ammonia and abrasive cleaners away from brass and plated parts, and never spray liquid directly onto the fixture.

Can this chandelier be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes! The adjustable chain and flexible canopy base allow for seamless installation on flat, sloped, or vaulted ceilings.
Does it require professional installation?
While installation is straightforward with our detailed manual, we highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for safety and optimal results, especially for heavy fixtures.
What if some crystals are broken during shipping?
We include extra replacement crystals in every package. If you need more, our 24/7 customer support team will send replacements immediately at no extra cost.
Are the bulbs included, and is it dimmable?
Bulbs are not included to let you choose your preferred color temperature. The fixture is fully dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Which bulbs and color temperature should I choose?
For the warmest sparkle, choose clear (not frosted) dimmable LED bulbs in warm white, 2700K, for living and dining rooms and bedrooms, or 3000K for kitchens. Check the product page for the bulb base type and maximum wattage of your fixture.
How do I choose the right size?
Add your room's length and width in feet; the total in inches is a good chandelier width. Over a table, choose half to two-thirds of the table's width. Try the size guide above for a quick recommendation.
How do I clean the crystals?
Switch off and let the bulbs cool, then dust monthly with a dry microfiber cloth while wearing cotton gloves. Once or twice a year, wipe with distilled water and a little isopropyl alcohol and dry right away. Avoid ammonia or abrasive cleaners on metal parts.
