Questions, answered.
What size is the Spiral Glass Table Lamp?
The Spiral Glass Table Lamp measures ∅ 10.2″ × H 13.4″ (Dia 26 cm × H 34 cm). Compact enough for bedside tables and console arrangements, tall enough to make a sculptural statement in living rooms, hallway tables, or reading nooks.
What colors does the Spiral Lamp come in?
The Spiral is available in four expressive finishes: Pink, Blue, White, and Dark Red. Pink suits soft, romantic interiors; Blue brings a cool serene tone for bedrooms; White is the quietest, most neutral choice; Dark Red is the most dramatic and works as a statement piece in design-forward spaces.
What kind of bulb does the Spiral Lamp use, and is it dimmable?
The lamp uses a single G9 bi-pin bulb (LED or halogen). G9 is a small two-pin base – different from screw-base E26/E27. Bulbs are not included.
The cord switch is a push-button on/off – not a dimmer. To dim the light, pair the lamp with a dimmable LED G9 bulb and a separate plug-in dimmer adapter (sold separately at most home improvement stores).
How is the Spiral Lamp powered?
The Spiral is a plug-in tabletop lamp. It ships with a 150 cm / 59″ power cord with a push-button switch built into the cord, ending in a standard wall plug. No hardwiring – just place it on your tabletop, plug into any nearby outlet, and click the inline switch.
The cord is extendable on request if you need a longer reach to your nearest outlet.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Because each lamp is hand-finished, slight variations in resin tone, glass texture, or spiral pattern between units are part of the handcrafted character – not defects.
For returns, exchanges, or any questions, contact support@dekorfine.com – we reply within 24 hours.
