What interior styles does the Bradley Wall Lamp suit?
The Bradley's Retro Red finish with metal, wood, and glass construction bridges vintage and contemporary styles — it reads naturally in mid-century modern, industrial, eclectic, and art deco interiors. The warm red tone adds character to neutral walls and pairs well with natural wood furniture, warm-toned textiles, and brass or copper accent hardware. It is less suited to cold-grey minimalist or coastal interiors where the warm red can feel out of place.
How high should the Bradley be mounted on the wall?
For a bedside reading sconce, mount the bottom of the fixture at 60–65 inches from the floor — this positions the light at a comfortable reading height when sitting up in bed. For a living room or entryway accent, 66–72 inches is standard. The Bradley's compact 7.9" height means it fits cleanly between standard outlet heights and most headboard and mirror clearance requirements.
Does this lamp require an electrician to install?
Yes — the Bradley is a hardwired wall lamp that connects directly to wall wiring and is controlled via a dedicated wall switch. US hardwired fixture installation must comply with local electrical codes; a licensed electrician is recommended. There is no plug-in cord option.
