Is the Toan a good flush mount ceiling light for low ceilings?

Yes. The Toan's metal base sits flush against the ceiling with no rod or chain, and its lowest profile (H 6.8 cm) leaves the room essentially unchanged in ceiling height — making it a low profile ceiling light for low ceilings under 8 ft that disappears into the room rather than competing with it.

Can this ceiling lamp be installed in a bathroom?

The Toan is rated for indoor use. For dry or damp bathroom ceilings (away from direct water exposure), the sealed PE dome housing is suitable. If you need it directly above a shower or wet zone, confirm the IP rating with our support team before installing.

Does the integrated LED work with a dimmer switch?

The Toan is compatible with standard on/off wall switches. Dimmer compatibility depends on your dimmer model — we recommend testing with the dimmer before final installation, as not all LED drivers respond identically to trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmers.

Can the integrated LED module be replaced when it burns out?

The LED module is integrated and non-replaceable by design. Modern integrated LEDs are engineered for long service life, and Dekorfine backs the Toan with a 3-year warranty. If you experience a failure within the warranty period, contact us and we will arrange a replacement unit.

Which size should I choose for my room?

As a rule of thumb: the 23 cm works well in bathrooms, hallways, and closets; the 30 cm suits standard bedrooms, home offices, and kids rooms; the 42.5 cm handles open-plan living areas and dining spaces that need wider light distribution. When in doubt, round up — the larger dome throws a more even spread across the room.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Process

How to return an item.

Seven steps, in order. Please follow each carefully — deviations may delay or affect your refund.

Review this policy to confirm your order qualifies for a return or refund.
Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
