Ceiling height & suspension: The fixture body height varies by size (47–70 cm). Each version ships with a standard 30 cm rod, suitable for 9–10 ft ceilings. Which size suits my room?

The Dia 50 cm (19.7″) reads quietly in primary bedrooms, breakfast nooks, powder rooms, or above small round dining tables (4 seats / 36–42″). The Dia 85 cm (33.5″) suits 6-seat dining tables (60–72″), single-story formal foyers, and boutique hotel suite living areas. The Dia 100 cm (39.4″) is the statement piece — built for great rooms, two-story foyers, 8-seat dining tables, and 12 ft+ ceilings.

What are the 6 available glass body colors?

Six Murano-style glass body colors are available across all three sizes — Pink is shown as the default. To receive the full color palette and personalized recommendations based on your interior, email or chat with our customer service team. We are happy to share color reference images and help you choose the right option for your space.

Can the Verona be customized further beyond the standard sizes?

Yes — beyond the three standard sizes, Dekorfine can customize the overall diameter, height, glass color, glass shape, and suspension rod length. Email us your ceiling height, room footprint, and any finish or color references, and our design team will prepare a custom proposal. Lead times vary by specification.

Are the glass petals hand-blown, and how fragile are they?

The glass elements are crafted in the Murano-style hand-blown tradition — shaped individually, which gives each petal its organic variation in translucency and tone. Once mounted on the metal armature they are secure under normal conditions. Each piece is professionally packed for shipping. As with all art glass, avoid direct contact during cleaning — a soft dry cloth or compressed air is sufficient for dust removal.

Is the Verona Pink Chandelier suitable for a boutique hotel or restaurant?

The Verona is well-suited to boutique hotel lobbies, luxury suites, bridal suites, upscale restaurant private dining rooms, and beauty-focused retail interiors — any space where the pink glass palette reinforces the brand's aesthetic and the tiered silhouette serves as the centrepiece. Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Seven steps, in order. Please follow each carefully — deviations may delay or affect your refund.

Review this policy to confirm your order qualifies for a return or refund.
Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
