This floor lamp was very easy to assemble and looks really good in my loft area. I wanted a softer light up there while watching TV and this lamp is perfect. My lamp sits on the carpet and is very sturdy. I also have it placed in a corner where two walls meet. Overall, I am pleased with the price and quality of this lamp.
