For double-height rooms, vaulted ceilings, or stairwell installations, message us with your ceiling height before placing the order — we'll add chain links at no extra cost. Shortening can be done on-site with the supplied hardware.

Power off the fixture and let the bulbs fully cool. Dust the discs with a soft microfiber cloth, working from top tier downward. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth with warm water (no household cleaners — they can dull hand-pressed glass over time) and wipe disc by disc. Avoid spraying liquid onto the metal frame.
