Where does this lamp work best?
At a compact ∅ 7.9″, the Aloria is ideal for hallways, walk-in closets, pantries, powder rooms and small entryways. In a long corridor, install two or three in a row for a warm, rhythmic look.
Will it work with my ceiling height?
Yes – at just 5.1″ (13 cm) tall it leaves about 7 ft 7 in (231 cm) of clearance on an 8 ft ceiling, comfortably above the recommended minimum for walkways. It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and controlled by a common wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This lamp takes a G9 bulb. Use a G9 LED bulb at about 3–5W in warm white (2700 K); the frosted glass globe softens it into a gentle, welcoming glow. Bulbs are not included. G9 & G4 bulb guide →
How do I clean it?
Wipe the frosted glass globe with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth and dry it straight away; never spray cleaner directly onto the fixture. Wipe the wood with a soft, dry cloth and avoid water, polishes and abrasive cleaners. Switch off at the wall and let the bulb cool first.
