Important · bulbs included

Default bulbs are bright & not dimmable.

Every Hailie ships with our matching bulbs included free of charge, designed to showcase the gold-toned reflective coating. The bulbs are bright on purpose — but they are not dimmable. If you'd like to dim the lamp (for example, in a dining-room setting), the fixture itself works fine on a dimmer, but you'll need to swap to a dimmable LED bulb.

Verified buyers on Amazon have had good results with the LED Puck Light Bulb (E26) — a dimmable LED with a similar profile. Pair it with a wall dimmer switch for full control.

Love our Hailie Pendant Lamp — 3 head.

We absolutely love this light. We use it as a dining-room light. There are a couple things to consider though. The lamp is dimmable but the bulbs it comes with are not — and they are way too bright for a dining room, so we had to swap them out.

The problem is you can't find this style of bulb anywhere that is dimmable, especially with the very cool color on the back of it that gives it that neat gold hue. They were also visibly different in brightness. But we did find a different style bulb that works well — I'll add the link below.

Further, the metal base plate under the wood is a bit flimsy, so we will have to add some fasteners into the ceiling to close the gap that shows from it bowing under the weight of the light. Because of these factors we gave it four stars — but we still would purchase again due to its appearance and, after some work, its functionality.

Is the Hailie Pendant Lamp dimmable?

The fixture itself works on a dimmer — but the bulbs we include in the box are not dimmable. They're bright on purpose to showcase the gold-coated reflective shade. If you want to dim the Hailie, simply swap our bulbs for dimmable LED E26/E27 bulbs and pair with a compatible wall dimmer.

Buyers have had good results with the LED Puck Light Bulb (E26) on Amazon — a dimmable LED with a similar form factor.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
