The construction

Hand-blown triedri prisms on a polished chrome cascade.

Each Alistair chandelier is built on a multi-tier chrome-plated steel frame strung with individually hand-blown triedri glass prisms — the triangular cross-section of each prism refracts light across three facets simultaneously, creating a multidirectional prismatic display that shifts with viewing angle and lighting conditions. Available in seven distinct glass colors from Tiffany Blue and Pink to Red Clouds and Light Green, the Alistair operates as both a functional chandelier and a bold color-blocking statement — suited to contemporary dining rooms, grand foyers, and luxury master bedrooms where the fixture is the room's primary visual anchor.

What is the difference between the 5-layer and 6-layer configurations?

The 5-layer Dia 80 cm and 6-layer Dia 80 cm versions share the same outer dimensions (∅ 31.5″ × H 25.6″) and the same 12-socket count — the difference is prism density. The 6-layer version has an additional tier of triedri glass prisms, creating a denser, fuller cascade with more light refraction and a more voluminous silhouette from below. Both suit the same room sizes; choose the 6-layer for a richer, more impactful visual presence.

Which glass color works best for a dining room?

White is the most versatile — it reads as classic crystal and works in any interior. Tiffany Blue suits coastal, tropical, and Art Deco dining rooms. Pink and Light Pink suit romantic, feminine dining rooms or master bedrooms. Red Clouds is the boldest choice — best for maximalist or jewel-toned dining rooms where the chandelier is meant to dominate. Light Blue and Light Green are the most neutral of the colored options and work well in transitional or Scandi-influenced spaces.

What ceiling height does the Alistair require?

The small 5-layer version (H 22.8″ / 58 cm) works with ceilings as low as 9 feet. The large 5-layer and 6-layer versions (H 25.6″ / 65 cm) need at least 10 feet of clearance for comfortable dining table use. For a foyer or open living installation, 11–14 feet reads at its best. The chain is standard at 30 cm (12 inches) — contact us before ordering if your ceiling requires a longer drop.

How do I clean triedri glass prisms?

Turn off and allow the fixture to cool fully. For routine maintenance, dust each prism with a clean microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, wipe individual prisms with a cloth lightly dampened with water and dry immediately — water marks will dull the prismatic refraction effect. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on both the glass and the chrome frame. The polished chrome frame can be wiped with a dry soft cloth to restore shine.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
