Cairns Alabaster Ceiling Lamp.
An organic modern flush mount that pairs solid brass hardware with the natural veining of genuine alabaster stone. Its low, 3.1-inch profile casts a warm, diffused glow in spaces where a pendant drop won't fit — entryways, primary bedrooms, and rooms with lower ceilings.

The Cairns is built on solid brass hardware for durability, capped with a shade of genuine alabaster whose veining and tonal variation make every piece unique. Sitting close to the ceiling at just 8 cm / 3.1″ deep, it reads as an organic modern statement light rather than a fixture — the integrated LED diffuses warmly through the stone for a grounded, ambient wash. Its earthy yet refined mix suits transitional entryways, cozy bedrooms, and living rooms with lower clearance.

Is the alabaster genuine natural stone?
Yes. The shade is genuine alabaster, cut from natural stone. Slight differences in veining, translucency, and tone are characteristic of the material and not defects — they're what give the fixture its warm, organic glow when lit.
Which size should I choose?
Both sizes share the same slim 8 cm / 3.1″ profile — only the diameter changes. The ⌀ 25 cm works well in a bedroom or entry, while the ⌀ 35 cm reads as a statement light over a living room or foyer. As a flush mount, both sizes are well suited to rooms with lower ceilings where a pendant drop won't fit.

Alabaster is a mineral first worked by the Egyptians and Greeks — prized then, as now, for its translucency and quiet grain. Each of our fixtures begins as a block of raw stone and ends in a fixture that glows as if lit from inside the earth itself.
A material that changes a room.
Synthetic shades mimic the look. Alabaster is the look. Semi-translucent, naturally warm, and quietly alive — it softens the light passing through it and fills a space with the kind of glow that makes people slow down.
To work with alabaster is to follow the stone — not force it. Each block tells the carver where the light wants to go.
Four steps from
quarry to fixture.
Every alabaster piece passes through the same four hands — cutting, shaping, drilling, finishing. What arrives at your door carries the trace of all of them.
Cutting
Raw blocks are scored and cut on precision stone saws — every dimension traced from the original design, every grain of the stone respected.
Shaping
Complex curves are turned on lathes and carved by hand. Each fixture's silhouette is coaxed from the stone rather than imposed on it.
Drilling
Concealed channels are drilled for wiring and concealed hardware — invisible in the finished piece, but critical to the clean line.
Finishing
Polished to a soft lustre or honed to matte — whichever brings the stone's veining forward without overpowering it.
