Which size should I choose?
Choose by ceiling height, leaving at least 7 ft (213 cm) of clear space beneath the lowest bloom. The 12-Lights (H 94.5″ / about 7.9 ft) suits two-story foyers with ceilings of roughly 16 ft or more. The 18-Lights (H 137.8″ / about 11.5 ft) fits stairwells and entry voids of about 19–20 ft and up. The 24-Lights (H 177″ / about 14.75 ft) is made for grand multi-story stairwells of roughly 22–24 ft or more.
How do I install it?
The Ottoline hangs from the ceiling and is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box, controlled by a common wall switch (not included). It comes with a 150 cm / 59″ cable, extendable on request. Because of its height and weight, installation on a high ceiling should be carried out by a licensed electrician using suitable access equipment.
What bulbs do you recommend?
This chandelier takes G9 bulbs – 12, 18 or 24 depending on size. Use G9 LED bulbs at about 2–4W each in warm white (2700 K); compact LEDs tuck neatly into the blooms and stay cool next to the ceramic. Bulbs are not included. G9 & G4 bulb guide →
How do I care for the ceramic blooms?
Dust the blooms gently with a soft, dry brush or a feather duster, supporting each flower as you work – ceramic is delicate and can chip if knocked. For a mark, wipe with a barely-damp soft cloth and dry it straight away; keep moisture off the brass vine, and avoid sprays and abrasive cleaners. Switch off at the wall and let the bulbs cool first.
