Shipping Protection covers your order against loss or damage in transit. If a protected order arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full — no carrier claims, no waiting on a third party.

Lost: covered once the carrier confirms non-delivery. Delays (customs, weather, inspections) are not considered lost.

Damaged: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.

Not covered: incorrect addresses entered at checkout, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries.

Claims must be filed with our support team within 7 days of delivery or of the expected delivery date.

Free U.S. standard4–6 weeks by sea from our Asia facility, or from our California warehouse when in stock. All import duties included — no surprise charges at delivery.
Express, 1–3 weeksAir courier via FedEx, UPS or DHL — a paid upgrade at checkout; U.S. import duties are paid by the recipient.
30-day returnsUnused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Quality problems or transit damage: free return and exchange. Address changes guaranteed within 48 h of ordering.
