The 1-Light (∅ 4.7″) is a slim single cylinder – ideal in pairs flanking a bathroom vanity mirror, or beside a bed. The 2-Lights (∅ 11.4″) has a wider footprint that suits hallways, fireplace walls and larger vanities where you want more light from a single fixture. Both are 11.8″ tall, so they sit at a consistent scale if you mix them in one home.

For general use, mount the center of the sconce around eye level, roughly 150–165 cm / 59–65″ from the floor. Flanking a vanity mirror, place a sconce on each side about 36–40″ apart so light falls evenly across the face; as a bedside light, place it so the bottom sits about 15–25 cm / 6–10″ above the top of the mattress. It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box and controlled by a common wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

This sconce takes E14 or E12 bulbs – one for the 1-Light and two for the 2-Lights. Use LED bulbs at about 4–5W each in warm white (2700 K) – warm light brings out the soft glow and veining of the alabaster. Bulbs are not included. E12 vs E14 guide →

Alabaster is a soft, porous natural stone – clean it with a soft, dry cloth only and never use water, sprays or cleaning products, which can mark or dull the surface. Wipe the brass parts with a soft, dry cloth as well. Switch off and let the sconce cool first. Natural veining and tonal variations are part of the stone’s character, not a defect.
