At L 37.4″ × W 13.8″ × H 16.5″, the Ortensia is scaled for kitchen islands of about 54–72″, long dining tables and open-plan living spaces with high ceilings. As a rule, choose a linear fixture about two-thirds the length of the island or table below it.

Over an island or table, hang the bottom of the pendant about 30–36″ (76–91 cm) above the surface; in walkways, keep at least 7 ft (213 cm) of clearance beneath it. It comes with a 30 cm / 11.8″ hanging chain – contact us if you need a longer drop for a high ceiling. It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and controlled by a common wall switch (not included). We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

This pendant takes E14 or E12 bulbs – 6 in total. Use small LED candle or globe bulbs at about 3–5W each in warm white (2700 K); the translucent glass petals soften them into a gentle, romantic glow. Bulbs are not included. E12 vs E14 guide →

Dust the petals regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster. For a deeper clean, switch off, let the bulbs cool and wipe each petal with a barely-damp cloth, drying it straight away; never spray cleaner directly onto the fixture. Handle the glass with care, as it can chip if knocked.
