I have not received the item
The item came with one glass globe broken. Took pics and sent off an email to customer service. They replied right away and sent me a new one. Excellent customer service and beautiful product!
Looks stunning. Very sleek and modern. My husband who has light handywork/electrical experience was able to install it himself. It looks beautiful and makes a statement
Everything about the install was honestly easy and fairly quick. The light is beautiful.. we finally got rid of an eyesore chandelier.. this makes a huge difference!

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
