The design

Anchored by a stepped round backplate, the fluid gooseneck arm supports an upward-facing candelabra socket beneath an empire-style tapered fabric shade. The dense weave of the linen panels softens the core light output to eliminate direct bulb glare, projecting a dual-directional wall wash up and down the wall — while sharp pins of accent light escape through the starburst perforations for a layered, dynamic effect. It is an exact architectural fit for flanking bedroom headboards, framing bathroom vanity mirrors, or lining formal hallways. Available in White & Chrome and Gold.

What kind of light does the Eloise produce?

The Eloise produces a dual-directional wall wash — soft, glare-free light projected both up and down the wall through the dense linen weave — combined with sharp pins of accent light that escape through the starburst perforations. The effect is layered and atmospheric rather than purely task-oriented, making it ideal for ambient bedroom, vanity, and hallway lighting where mood matters as much as brightness.

Should I choose White & Chrome or Gold?

White & Chrome reads as cool, clean, and contemporary — best for modern, transitional, and lighter interiors with cool-toned metals and neutral palettes. Gold is warmer and more glamorous, suited to traditional, art deco, and Hollywood Regency interiors and rooms with brass or warm-metal accents. Both use the same empire linen shade and starburst-perforation design.

Can the Eloise be used in a bathroom?

The Eloise is rated IP20 — indoor dry locations only. It works well framing a vanity mirror in a well-ventilated bathroom, positioned away from direct shower spray and standing water. Because the shade is fabric (linen), avoid installing it in high-humidity or steam-heavy zones, which can affect the fabric over time. For wet bathroom zones, an IP44 or higher fixture is required.

How should I position a pair flanking a headboard?

For a pair flanking a headboard, mount each sconce at 60–66 inches from the floor, positioned just outside the edges of the headboard so the light falls comfortably for reading without shining into the eyes. Space them symmetrically — typically aligned with the bedside tables. The compact 10.6-inch width keeps the pair proportional even on a queen or king headboard wall.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
