Technical drawings and a 3D rendering are produced for review, with material and finish options laid out against your brief.

Quote & Prototype
A firm quotation is issued. For larger orders, a physical sample or finish swatch is produced and approved before tooling.

Production
The piece is built in-house — metalwork, stone, glass, and wiring assembled and aged to the approved specification.

Quality Control
Each fixture is wired, powered, and inspected against the drawing. Certification (UL / ETL / CE) is matched to the market.

Global Delivery
Crated for transit and shipped worldwide, with multi-carton orders consolidated to keep freight efficient and tracked door to door.

What is the minimum order for a custom piece?
A single fixture can be customized for size, finish, or colour temperature. Fully bespoke forms and private-label production are most cost-effective at ten units or more, where volume pricing applies.

How long does a custom order take?
Most commissions ship four to eight weeks after the technical drawing is approved. Complex stone selection, large quantities, or new tooling can extend this, and the timeline is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Can you match a finish or an existing fixture?
Yes. Working from a sample, photograph, or RAL reference, the workshop produces a finish swatch for approval before production so the result matches the hardware already in the room.

Do you produce under our own brand (OEM / ODM)?
We offer both. OEM production builds your design; ODM adapts our forms to your specification. Custom packaging, branded manuals, and exclusivity terms are available for trade and contract clients.

Will it meet the electrical standards for my market?
Fixtures are wired for 110V or 220V as required and certified to UL, ETL, or CE depending on the destination. Specify the market in your brief and certification is matched accordingly.
