THE DESIGN

A sculptural take on the modern crystal chandelier — rebuilt in warmer, softer materials.

Each branch is hand-cast in solid brass, bent in slow organic curves that flare wider at the bottom — the silhouette reads as one growing living thing rather than a symmetrical assembly. Slender glass drops dangle from every limb, catching and refracting the warm glow of G9 bulbs in a way that recalls the drama of a crystal chandelier without the icy chill. Which size suits my ceiling height — the 70.9″ or 98.4″?

Plan for at least 12 in (30 cm) of clearance between the bottom of the fixture and the floor / sightline below. The 70.9″ (180 cm) version suits 9–10 ft ceilings in dining rooms, single-story foyers, and tall living rooms. The 98.4″ (250 cm) version is built for two-storey foyers, curved staircases over a stairwell, and great rooms with 12–14 ft ceilings — exactly the situations where you're looking up at the chandelier from a stair landing.

Where exactly should I install it on a curved staircase?

Center the fixture in the open well of the stairwell so the bottom drops sit roughly at second-floor eye level — typically 6–8 ft above the lower landing. The taller 250 cm version is sized so a viewer on the upper landing sees it at full body height, and a viewer in the entry sees it stretching upward. An electrician should anchor the canopy directly into a ceiling joist, not just drywall, given the weight.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
