What Our Insurance Covers
Our active Commercial General Liability policy provides multi-million dollar protection across three core areas — ensuring that both your home and your business are fully safeguarded from the moment your fixture is installed.
§ 02 · Project & Additional Insured Services
Your Company, Added to Our Policy.
For commercial projects — hospitality developments, multi-unit residential builds, or institutional procurement — we understand that your compliance framework may require your company or the project entity to be named directly on our insurance policy. We can accommodate this.
If your project, general contractor, building owner, or client requires it, we can formally add your company or project entity as an Additional Insured on our Commercial General Liability policy. This ensures that your entire procurement of Dekorfine fixtures is covered under a compliant, documented insurance arrangement — meeting the requirements of most institutional, commercial, and government contracts.
Contact us with your project details and legal entity name. We will coordinate with our insurer to issue the endorsement and provide you with an updated Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) reflecting your addition.
Our standard policy provides $2,000,000 in aggregate coverage. For large-scale commercial projects where this level may not be sufficient, we can formally request our insurer to increase the coverage limit to $10,000,000 or above — sufficient to meet the requirements of virtually any commercial or government procurement specification.
If your project requires higher coverage limits, contact our team with your specification. We will initiate the process with our insurer and confirm the updated limit along with revised documentation.
§ 03 · Custom Certification Services
Certified to Your Country's Standards.
We recognise that different markets operate under different regulatory frameworks. If your project or local regulations require specific certification marks — whether for US, European, Australian, Middle Eastern, or other markets — we offer personalised certification services tailored to your requirements.
Tell us your destination market, regulatory authority, and any specific technical requirements. Our manufacturing and compliance team will identify the applicable certification path, coordinate testing through accredited third-party labs, and deliver products that carry the marks required for your market — without requiring you to manage the certification process yourself.
We have direct experience navigating the certification requirements of the United States, European Union, GCC markets, Australia, and New Zealand, among others. If your country or project has a specific requirement not listed above, contact us — we will assess feasibility and provide a clear plan.

Active Coverage — On Record.
Our Commercial General Liability policy is active and maintained on file. Full documentation is available to verified customers, trade clients, designers, and project partners upon request.
This summary is based on our current Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI). Full documentation is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the active policy. Available to qualified requesters upon verification.
We provide verified certificate copies to trade clients, interior designers, architects, project developers, procurement officers, and any customer who requires formal proof of coverage for compliance purposes.

Dekorfine products are manufactured in our wholly-owned, wholly-controlled production facility. We do not operate a dropshipping model, and we do not white-label or pass through third-party inventory. Every fixture you purchase has been built, checked, and dispatched by our own team.
