What is the heritage behind this chandelier?

This chandelier is inspired by the iconic Murano-island glass-leaf tradition popularized by mid-20th-century Italian designers — the petal-shaped leaves, multicolor speckled body, and brass armature all reference that vocabulary. It is independently designed and manufactured by Dekorfine in the spirit of that tradition, with our own production methods and materials.

Which size should I choose?

Both share the same H 46 cm body height — only diameter, glass-leaf count, and bulb count differ:

50 cm / 22 glass / 5 bulbs: standard living rooms, dining areas, master bedrooms.
60 cm / 31 glass / 6 bulbs: larger living rooms, foyers, double-height spaces.

For dining tables, pick a chandelier diameter roughly 1/3 to 1/2 the table's narrow dimension. For ceilings, add the room's length and width in feet, then convert to inches for a rough diameter target.

Can I customize size, color, or leaf count?

Yes — Dekorfine specializes in custom Murano-style chandeliers. We can adjust diameter, height, glass-leaf count, hardware finish, and color combinations to fit your specific space and vision. Common requests include: scaling up for double-height foyers, custom bi-color or tri-color speckling combinations, matching multiple rooms with coordinated colorways, or extending the suspension chain for taller ceilings.

Are the glass leaves identical or do they vary?

Each glass leaf is individually shaped and the multicolor speckling is naturally distributed within the molten glass during forming — meaning no two leaves are identical. Speckle patterns, color density, and exact pigment placement vary from piece to piece. This is part of the handmade Murano-style character, not a defect; together the variation creates the chandelier's vibrant, jewel-like presence.

What kind of bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?

E14 small Edison screw bulbs — 5 or 6 bulbs depending on size (LED recommended; not included). Pick warm color temperature (2700K-3000K) so the colored glass petals glow with rich amber tones. Dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 LED bulbs and an LED-rated wall dimmer.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
