Small (1H – 7H): drop 150 cm. Single-pendant feel. Stairwell landings, entryways, breakfast nooks, single-spot accents.
Medium (9H – 14H): drop 200-250 cm. Composed cluster. Standard dining tables, kitchen islands, foyers, double-height spaces.
Large (20H – 26H): drop 300 cm. Major focal point. Hospitality lobbies, large dining rooms, atriums.
Statement (36H – 50H): drop 300 cm. Architectural-scale installation. Stairwells, atriums, ballrooms, hotel reception, gallery / museum spaces.

The canopy is the metal ceiling plate that anchors all the cords. Functionally identical — purely a visual choice based on architectural context.

Round canopy: available on all 16 configurations. Reads as soft and informal. Best in homes with rounded architectural details, curved staircases, or where you want the chandelier to feel organic.
Square canopy: available only on 11H, 14H, 26H, 36H, and 50H. Reads as graphic and architectural. Best in modernist or contemporary interiors with strong geometric language, or installed in tight rectangular ceiling recesses.

Larger configurations (36H, 50H) often suit a square canopy because it visually anchors the wider cluster footprint.

G4 is a small bi-pin base with two thin metal pins set 4 mm apart — significantly smaller than E26/E27 medium screw bulbs. Each glass globe houses a single G4 bulb, so the bulb count matches your chosen configuration.

We recommend LED G4 bulbs (modern, energy-efficient, run cool — important in a clear-glass globe where heat would discolor the glass over time). G4 bulbs come in two electrical formats — low-voltage 12V DC versions and direct-AC mains versions. Check the original bulb that ships with your chandelier or contact support@dekorfine.com to confirm which format your fixture uses before buying replacements. Recommended warm-white 2700 K, 1.5–2.5 W per bulb.

For larger configurations like the 50H cluster, consider keeping a small inventory of spare bulbs — replacing one bulb out of fifty is far less disruptive than tracking down a single matching replacement later.

The chandelier is a ceiling-mounted hardwired fixture — it mounts to a standard ceiling junction box and connects to a common wall switch (not included). Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician, especially for the larger configurations (20H+) — confirm your ceiling structure can support the weight.

Larger fixtures (36H, 50H) generally require structural reinforcement above the junction box and access to the room from scaffolding or a tall ladder. Plan delivery and installation timing carefully; for hospitality and architectural projects, contact support@dekorfine.com for installation specifications and weight loading data.

The fixture itself has no built-in dimmer. Dimmable when paired with dimmable LED G4 bulbs + a LED-rated wall dimmer. Confirm the dimmer is rated for low-wattage LED loads — older incandescent dimmers don't dim modern LEDs smoothly.

For larger configurations (20H+) where total wattage matters, plan dimmer capacity around the bulb count: 50 globes × 2.5 W ≈ 125 W total, well within standard wall-dimmer capacity. For zoned dimming across very large clusters, consider a smart-home dimming module installed by your electrician.

The clear globes are hand-blown, which means small imperfections in the glass surface — subtle ripples, faint internal bubbles, slight variation in wall thickness — are normal and expected.

These imperfections are exactly what creates the chandelier's characteristic rich halo of light: when the bulb shines through, the natural variation in the glass refracts the light into a layered, organic glow rather than a flat sphere of brightness. Two visually identical machine-pressed globes would feel sterile in comparison.

Stairwell / atrium: the cascading vertical drop is exactly what these tall spaces are designed for — particularly the 14H–50H configurations.

Foyer / entryway: 7H–11H sized to greet on entry without overwhelming the space.
Hospitality lobby / reception: 26H–50H clusters for hotels, restaurants, retail flagship spaces.

30-day return policy on undamaged items in original packaging. Subtle hand-blown glass variation between individual globes is part of the artisan character — not a defect.
