Which size should I choose?
All three share the same slim 3.5-inch profile and differ in diameter and output. The Small (∅ 11.8″, ~32 W) suits a hallway, small bedroom, or workspace. The Medium (∅ 15.7″, ~32 W) is a versatile fit for bedrooms and kitchens. The Large (∅ 19.7″, ~36 W) covers a living room or open area with its wider halo of even light. As general guidance, larger rooms and higher ceilings call for the larger diameter.
How do I dim it?
The Drift is offered in a dimming version and a standard version. If you choose the dimming version, we recommend pairing it with a thyristor (Triac) dimming switch for the smoothest, flicker-free performance. The standard version is operated by a common wall switch (not included). Make sure to select the dimming version at purchase if you want to dim the light.
Is the LED replaceable?
The Drift uses an integrated LED — a built-in, non-replaceable module rather than a standard bulb — which enables the slim, sealed, low-profile disc and the soft, even halo glow. Integrated LEDs are rated for many years of typical use; should service ever be needed, contact us.
