The Surge Glass Cloud Chandelier is an architectural ceiling installation composed of hundreds of individual glass orbs — each in blue or smoke gray — suspended from thin steel wires at precisely calibrated heights to form a cresting wave profile. The integrated LED modules within each element illuminate the glass from within, creating a prismatic light display that animates as you move through the space. Available in four monumental sizes — L 150, 200, 250, and 300 cm — this is a statement chandelier for hotel lobbies, resort ballrooms, private dining rooms in luxury residences, contemporary art galleries, and corporate headquarters where the ceiling itself must become the focal point. The undulating form mimics the fluid grace of a wave caught mid-surge — a dynamic yet tranquil presence that transforms interiors.

No ceiling canopy — requires a ceiling spotlight mount.

Unlike standard pendant chandeliers, the Surge Glass Cloud does not use a ceiling canopy plate. The suspension wires attach directly to a ceiling spotlight track or dedicated recessed mounting point. This mounting method is critical for achieving the floating, frameless silhouette that defines the design — and applies to all four standard sizes. Which of the four sizes suits my space?

L 150 × W 60 cm (59″) — boutique private dining rooms, suite living areas, smaller hotel lobby alcoves. L 200 × W 100 cm (78.7″) — penthouse great rooms, contemporary art galleries, mid-scale formal dining. L 250 × W 120 cm (98.4″) — full hotel lobbies, ballrooms, luxury penthouse open plans (the original standard configuration). L 300 × W 120 cm (118.1″) — grand ballrooms, double-height atriums, hospitality flagship spaces. All four share the same H 200 cm drop and require a ceiling height of 14 ft+ at minimum.

Why does this chandelier use a ceiling spotlight instead of a canopy?

The Surge Glass Cloud Chandelier achieves its frameless, floating appearance by suspending directly from a ceiling spotlight track rather than a visible canopy plate. A traditional round canopy would visually anchor the fixture in a way that interrupts the sense of weightlessness the design requires. The spotlight mount keeps the connection point minimal and clean — critical for large-format glass cloud installations across all four sizes. Confirm your ceiling's spotlight track or dedicated mount point with a licensed electrician before ordering.

What ceiling height does each size require?

All four sizes share an H 200 cm (78.7″) drop, so the ceiling-height baseline is consistent: 14 feet (4.3 m) absolute minimum, with ideal performance at 16–24 feet. The L 150 cm size can read well in 14–16 ft ceilings; L 200 and L 250 sit best at 16–20 ft; the L 300 cm version is best reserved for grand ballrooms, atriums, and double-height spaces with 18 ft+ ceilings. Custom drop heights are available if your ceiling height requires longer or shorter suspension.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
