You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Who pays return shipping
- Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
- Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.
Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.
