The story

A kinetic chandelier, drawn with arcs and globes.

The Movable Chandelier reduces a chandelier to its essential geometry — slim metal arcs in brass-toned gold or patinated black with weighted opaline-glass globes hanging at the ends. Across nine size variants, the piece reads as a balance sculpture for the ceiling: an intentional asymmetric chandelier for modern dining rooms, stairwells, entryways, and high-ceiling living rooms where the silhouette becomes architecture.

An additional 12 cm / 4.7″ ceiling plate ships standard with every Movable Chandelier — covers the junction box and finishes the install cleanly.

Which size works best for a high-ceiling stairwell or dining room?

Stairwell / double-height: pick a vertical-drop variant — Mobile 7 (3 height options up to 170 cm) or Mobile 11 (130 cm drop). Long dining table or kitchen island: Mobile 2 (145 cm wide), Mobile 12 (140 cm wide), or Mobile 13 (120 cm wide). Compact entryway or nook: Mobile 9 Small (80 cm wide).

What bulbs does it use, and where do I buy G4 AC 120V in the US?

Most variants mix G9 and G4 bulbs — small bi-pin sockets behind each opaline globe. Mobile Chandelier 3 specifically requires G4 AC 120V (mains-voltage version, not the 12V DC variety). Search "G4 LED AC 120V" on Amazon — confirm the listing says 120V before ordering. Bulbs are not included.

Does it really come with an extra ceiling plate?

Yes — every Movable Chandelier ships with an additional 12 cm / 4.7″ ceiling plate alongside the standard canopy. Useful when your existing junction-box trim is wider than the slim canopy or when you need to cover an oversized hole left by a previous fixture.

Why do dimensions vary slightly between units?

Each chandelier is hand-balanced — the arcs are bent and the globes positioned individually so the piece hangs level. Dimensions can therefore vary up to 10% between units, which is part of the artisan-mobile character (not a defect). Glass globes and lacquer finishes also show subtle natural variation.

How is it installed?

Hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box; connect to a common wall switch (not included). Suspension uses 15 / 25 / 50 cm splice-able tubes — combine for your needed drop length, or request custom length before shipping. Best installed by a licensed electrician given the asymmetric weight and balance.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
