Part of Dekorfine's Murano-style collection, the Ollie Drop Chandelier features individually formed teardrop glass shades with an intricate surface texture that captures and refracts light into a sparkling, constantly shifting display. The drops are arranged in descending tiers that widen toward the base — a classical tiered chandelier form that brings movement and vintage glamour to any space. Available in Clear, Green, Blue, and Pink glass, each color gives the same fixture a distinct character: Clear for timeless refinement, Green for botanical luxury, Blue for seascape depth, Pink for romantic warmth. The warm gold metal framework complements all four glass tones, making the Ollie a natural fit for formal dining rooms, grand foyers, boutique hotel suites, and luxury bedroom master suites.

Which glass color works best for a formal dining room?

Clear is the most versatile — it works in any interior and produces the most dramatic light refraction at the table, similar to a diamond chandelier. Green suits warm, earthy dining rooms with natural stone, dark wood, or rattan furniture — it has an organic luxury quality reminiscent of malachite. Blue complements white paneling, marble, and coastal or Hamptons-style dining rooms. Pink is ideal for romantic, feminine dining spaces — it reads as blush in daylight and takes on a deeper rose quality under warm-white LED light at dinner.

Is this a genuine Murano glass chandelier?

The Ollie Drop is part of Dekorfine's Murano-style collection — it is crafted using the same teardrop glass-forming and tiered-chandelier construction methods associated with Venetian Murano glasswork, but it is not a certified product of the island of Murano, Italy. Dekorfine is a professional manufacturer specializing in the Murano-style tradition, offering the aesthetic and quality of this heritage at accessible price points with full customization capability.

Which size is right for my dining room ceiling?

The Dia 67 cm (26.3-inch) version suits dining tables of 48–72 inches for 6–8 diners, or a master bedroom suite, with ceilings of 9 feet or higher. The Dia 84 cm (33-inch) version suits larger dining rooms with tables of 72 inches or longer, or an open foyer with ceilings above 11 feet. Hang the lowest teardrop at approximately 30–34 inches above the tabletop. The chain suspension is standard at 30 cm (11.8 inches) but can be adjusted — contact us if your ceiling height requires a specific drop length.

Can the Ollie Drop be customized in a different color or size?

Yes — as part of Dekorfine's Murano-style production, the Ollie Drop is available with custom diameter, tier count, glass color combinations, drop density, and chain length. For interior design projects requiring a specific color not shown, or a larger scale for a hotel lobby or ballroom, contact our team at support@dekorfine.com with your project brief. We work directly with interior designers and architects from specification through delivery.

What bulb gives the best light through the colored glass drops?

A warm-white E14 LED capsule (2700 K) is the best choice for all four colors. The warm light tone interacts with the glass color to create rich, saturated interior glows — particularly in Green and Pink, where warm light deepens the hue into something that approaches gemstone quality. Cool-white or daylight bulbs (4000 K+) will flatten the glass color and reduce the visual warmth of the chandelier significantly. E14 Edison filament bulbs at 2200 K are an excellent alternative for an even warmer, more vintage effect.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
