A timeless statement piece built around a striking architectural composition: a slim triangular metal frame holds an aged copper orb suspended between two hand-finished matte translucent glass hemispheres — like a pearl cradled inside an open oyster shell. Integrated LED diffuses through the matte glass into a warm, glamour-tinged glow.

The story

A powerful blend of shape and material.

The Oyster takes its name from its silhouette — two hand-finished matte translucent glass hemispheres that meet edge-to-edge like an opening shell, with an aged copper orb suspended at the center like a pearl. The whole composition hangs within a single triangular metal frame that frames the geometry without competing with it. Once illuminated, the matte glass reads as a warm, candle-like glow with the copper orb catching highlights through the translucent surface.

Can I dim the Oyster, or change the color temperature?

The Oyster ships with a single Kelvin range option — Warm Light, with the LED running at full brightness whenever powered. It is not dimmable as standard, and there is no alternative color temperature variant.

If you need a custom build (dimming version, alternative CCT, smart-home compatibility), contact support@dekorfine.com before ordering for a custom-quote — typical lead time is 2–3 weeks for non-standard builds.

What is integrated LED, and can the bulb be replaced?

Integrated LED means the light source is built directly into the fixture — no bulb to insert, no socket exposed, no light source to replace under normal use. Modern integrated LEDs are rated for 30,000-50,000 hours (roughly 25-40 years at 3 hours/day).

Test the fixture during the return window to confirm satisfactory operation — the integrated LED is non-replaceable under normal warranty terms.

How long is the suspension rod, and can it be customized?

The standard suspension rod is 50 cm / 19.7″ rigid metal — not a flexible cord. The Oyster therefore hangs at a fixed drop length, which gives the triangular frame a more architectural, sculptural read than a cord-suspended pendant.

Custom rod lengths are available on request for taller ceilings, lofts, or stairwells. Contact support@dekorfine.com with your desired length before ordering.

How is the Oyster installed?

Hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box. Because the fixture has multiple components (triangular frame, copper orb, glass hemispheres) shipping disassembled, we recommend watching the Pinterest assembly walkthrough linked above before you start.

An electrician is recommended for the wiring connection. Pairs with a common on/off wall switch (not included). The fixture works on standard 110-240 V residential and commercial power.

Where does the Oyster work best?

The Oyster is built to be a focal point. The triangular frame plus copper-orb-and-glass composition reads strongest in contemporary, modern luxe, Art Deco, transitional, and Hollywood Regency interiors.

Best as a single accent pendant: above a dining table, kitchen island, foyer, stairwell landing, or beside a freestanding tub. Pairs especially well with cream walls, brass and copper hardware, marble counters, velvet upholstery, and warm-neutral palettes.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Because the integrated LED is non-replaceable, please test during the return window. Custom-rod-length orders are non-refundable once production starts.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
