A family of sculptural lamps celebrating the poetry of a bird perched on a branch. Each abstract origami-style bird sits on a slim brass perch — softly glowing, gently swinging when touched, bringing a quiet promise of spring into your room. This chandelier is a Perch-style reinterpretation, drawing on the celebrated Dutch original perch lamp — the design that first translated the silhouette of a bird at rest into a touch-sensitive sculptural fixture. We use premium brand-quality LED light sources and engineering to ensure each bird glows with warm, even light and holds its finish for years of daily use.

How to fit the birds onto the brass perch — about 10 minutes

Integrated LED

The light source is integrated LED inside each bird — no bulb to install or replace. We use premium brand-quality LED modules for warm, even illumination and long life.

Hardwired ceiling install

Connects to a standard ceiling junction box via a 30 cm / 11.8″ rigid suspension rod plus 150 cm / 59″ wire. Both the rod and wire can be customized to any length on request.

Gentle motion

Each bird rests delicately on the perch. A soft touch sets them swinging gently — avoid placing under air-conditioning vents or fans where wind could keep them in constant motion.

What does "Perch-style" mean?

"Perch-style" describes lamps whose form draws on the celebrated Dutch original perch lamp — the design that first translated the silhouette of a bird at rest on a branch into a touch-sensitive sculptural fixture. We describe this lamp as Perch-style because it draws on that craft heritage and silhouette language; it is an independently designed and manufactured piece, not a licensed reproduction.

We use premium brand-quality LED light sources and engineering for the same warm glow and long-life performance you'd expect from the original.

What configurations does the chandelier come in?

Two stock configurations:

Three Birds: L 26.8″ × H 37.4″ (L 68 × H 95 cm), ~24 W total. Best for dining tables, bedrooms, and reading nooks.
Five Birds: L 35.4″ × H 37.4″ (L 90 × H 95 cm), ~40 W total. Best for long dining tables, statement entryways, and stairwell installations.

Custom counts (2 / 4 / 6 / 8+ birds) and custom perch lengths are available on request — see the bespoke service section above.

Do the birds really swing?

Yes — each bird rests delicately on the brass perch, not rigidly fixed. A soft touch sets them gently swinging back and forth, and they continue to glow softly while in motion. A signature interaction that brings personality and a sense of life to the room.

We recommend avoiding placement directly under air-conditioning vents, ceiling fans, or open windows — constant airflow can keep the birds in continuous motion, which isn't the intended effect.

How is it powered, and is it dimmable?

The chandelier uses integrated LED modules inside each bird — no bulbs to install or replace. We use premium brand-quality LED light sources for warm, even illumination across all birds and a long life rating.

The fixture connects to a common wall switch (not included). For dimming, we recommend pairing with a compatible LED-rated wall dimmer; please confirm compatibility with your installer before ordering.

How is the chandelier installed?

The chandelier hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box via a 30 cm / 11.8″ rigid suspension rod, with a 150 cm / 59″ wire above. Both the rod and the wire are customizable to any length on request — useful for higher ceilings or above tall dining tables.

The birds are clipped onto the brass perch during final assembly. Watch the assembly walkthrough video above for a full step-by-step guide. An electrician is recommended for the ceiling connection.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom-order items are non-returnable.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
