The Scandinavian's silhouette comes from three honest materials in conversation:

Sand-finished resin shapes the conical shade — opaque, smooth, with a soft matte texture that reads as ceramic from a distance. Available in eight curated colors.
Natural wood caps the top of the shade — warm, organic, a tactile counterpoint to the matte cone below.
Brushed brass-gold metal accents the connection between cord and shade, adding a gentle sparkle that ties the composition together.

Yes — the Scandinavian is designed to be hung individually or in clusters. Each pendant is wired independently with its own canopy and cord, so you can mix colors and stagger heights for a layered effect.

Common arrangements: 3 pendants over a kitchen island, 5 pendants at staggered heights over a dining table, or 3-5 in a stairwell or double-height entryway.

For mixed-color clusters, we suggest pairing 2-3 colors from the same series (e.g., Sand White + Sand Black + Sand Gray for a monochrome look, or Space Stone Orange + Space Lime + Space Stone Blue for playful variety).

What's the difference between the Sand and Space Stone series?

Sand series — a smooth, solid matte finish with no surface variation. Reads as ceramic-like up close, with a clean Nordic-modern feel. Best for restrained, minimalist, or formal interiors.

Space Stone series — a speckled mineral texture inspired by natural polished stones. Each shade has subtle dark and light flecks distributed across the surface, giving the resin a tactile, organic feel. Best for warm, eclectic, or nature-inspired interiors. Each Space Stone shade is also slightly unique in fleck pattern — no two units are identical.

How is it powered, and what bulb does it use?

Hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box via a 150 cm / 59″ cord (extendable on request). Pairs with a common wall switch (not included). For dimming, use a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible wall dimmer.

Each pendant uses one E26 / E27 screw-base bulb (LED or Edison; not included). E26 in North America, E27 in Europe and the UK. We recommend warm-white LED bulbs (2700K) for the most flattering Nordic glow.

Where does the Scandinavian Pendant work best?

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Space Stone series shades have natural variations in fleck pattern between units — these are characteristics of the material, not eligible for return as defects.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
