Ceiling height requirement: The Shiro Noda's 200 cm body requires a minimum finished floor-to-ceiling clearance of approximately 14 ft (430 cm) to hang comfortably above head height — with 16–20 ft ideal for grand foyer installations. For stairwells, measure from the highest ceiling point to the lowest floor in the stair run. Contact us before ordering if your space requires a custom rod length.

What is the minimum ceiling height for the Shiro Noda Chandelier?

With a body height of 200 cm (78.7″), the Shiro Noda requires a minimum finished ceiling height of approximately 14 ft (430 cm) to hang safely above head height — assuming a standard suspension rod and a 7 ft (213 cm) clearance from floor to bottom of fixture. Ceilings of 16–22 ft are ideal for grand foyer and stairwell installations. For custom ceiling heights, contact us before ordering.

Can the drop length or diameter be customized for my space?

Yes. Custom sizing — including reduced or extended drop lengths and adjusted canopy diameters — is available for this collection. Email us your ceiling height, floor-to-ceiling measurement, and any relevant floor plan dimensions before placing an order. We will confirm feasibility and lead time within 24 hours.

Does this chandelier require professional installation?

Yes — strongly recommended. At this scale and weight, the Shiro Noda should be installed by a licensed electrician working with a structural ceiling anchor rated for the fixture's mass. The ceiling junction box must be rated for a heavy fixture (most standard boxes are not). Share the Specifications sheet with your installer before work begins.

Is the Shiro Noda available for interior design trade accounts?

What G9 bulbs are recommended for this chandelier?

For the crystal cascade to glow at its best, use G9 LED bulbs at 2700–3000 K — warm white, not cool. The warmth amplifies the amber tone of the brass frame and gives the glass coins a wet, luminous quality. G9 LEDs in the 2–4W range per socket keep energy draw low across the full canopy. Bulbs are not included and are available from most lighting suppliers.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
