The Gregg pairs solid-wood framing — for visible grain, warmth, and natural texture — with a clear-edged opaline acrylic dome that diffuses the integrated LED into homogeneous, glare-free light. Tiny glittery inclusions within the acrylic catch the light and shimmer subtly when the lamp is illuminated, giving the otherwise minimal silhouette a touch of starry character. Which size should I choose?

All three share the same 10 cm low profile — only diameter and LED power differ:

Compact 35 cm / 18 W: hallways, entryways, small bedrooms, walk-in closets, accent placements.
Standard 44 cm / 24 W: standard bedrooms, dining areas, mid-sized rooms.
Large 50 cm / 36 W: living rooms, master bedrooms, larger spaces.

For ceiling fixtures, a useful rule: add the room's length and width in feet, then convert to inches — that's roughly the right diameter. (e.g. 12' × 14' room = 26" diameter ≈ Standard.)

What is integrated LED, and can it be replaced?

Integrated LED means the light source is built directly into the fixture — no bulb to insert, no socket exposed, no light source to replace under normal use. Modern integrated LEDs are rated for 30,000–50,000 hours (roughly 25–40 years at 3 hours/day). Test the fixture during the return window to confirm satisfactory operation — non-replaceable under normal warranty terms.

Are the sparkle effects always visible?

The acrylic dome contains fine glittery inclusions cast into the material. When the lamp is off, the dome reads as a soft white surface with subtle texture. When the lamp is on, the inclusions catch and refract the LED light, creating gentle starry sparkles across the dome — the effect is subtle and atmospheric, not flashy.

How is it installed?

Hardwired flush mount — connects to a standard ceiling junction box. The wood-frame mounting plate attaches to the J-box, and the acrylic dome clips into place over it. Professional electrician recommended.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
