THE DESIGN

Jute weave, fabric softness, acrylic diffuser — three textures, one quiet disc.

A natural jute-fiber rim wraps the outer edge, soft fabric layers the dome, and an acrylic diffuser inside spreads the integrated LED to an even, glare-free wash. A slim black trim defines the silhouette without breaking the calm. At just 11 cm tall, it's a round flush mount for low ceilings — sized at 40, 50, or 60 cm across to suit a small bedroom, a long hallway, or a generous foyer. The mix of natural fiber ceiling light warmth and clean modern circle reads at home in Japandi, boho, mid-century, and farmhouse rooms alike.

A NOTE ON DIMMING If you choose the dimmable version, we recommend pairing it with a thyristor (TRIAC) dimmer switch for the smoothest, flicker-free performance. Which diameter should I pick for my room?

A common rule for flush-mount sizing: add the room's length and width in feet, then convert that sum to inches. The 40 cm (15.7″) suits rooms up to ~10 × 10 ft (small bedroom, kid's room, walk-in closet); the 50 cm (19.7″) fits ~12 × 12 ft (primary bedroom, hallway, foyer); the 60 cm (23.6″) suits ~15 × 15 ft and up (living room, large foyer, open-plan kitchen).

How low can my ceiling be?

The fixture is only 11 cm (4.3″) tall, so it works in rooms with ceilings as low as 7.5 ft (228 cm) without intruding into headroom — exactly the situation a flush mount is built for. Hallways, basements, and older homes with drop ceilings are common use cases.

Will it work on my US 120V circuit?

Yes. The driver is universal AC 110–240V and the fixture is approved for North America, the EU, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. It mounts to a standard US ceiling junction box with the supplied hardware.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the fixture and rated for long-life use under normal household conditions, so it isn't user-replaceable. If a unit fails within the warranty window, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement.

How do I clean the jute and fabric without damaging it?

Dust gently with a soft brush attachment on a vacuum (low suction), or wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, household cleaners, and solvents — natural jute fiber can stain and warp when wet. For stubborn dust, lightly press a piece of tape against the surface and lift away.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
