What sizes does the wall lamp come in?

Two heights, both with a slim ∅ 3.9″ (Dia 10 cm) profile:

Compact: ∅ 3.9″ × H 13.8″ (Dia 10 × H 35 cm) — well-proportioned for bedside walls, bathroom vanities, and narrow corridors.
Tall: ∅ 3.9″ × H 19.7″ (Dia 10 × H 50 cm) — better suited for entryways, statement halls, and rooms with higher ceilings.

Why does the alabaster look different in each unit?

The shade is hand-carved from natural alabaster — a translucent mineral with its own unique veining, color saturation, and texture. Each piece is one of a kind; no two units will look identical. The product photos show one representative example.

Slight differences in vein pattern, opacity, and tonal warmth between units are characteristic features of authentic stone, not quality issues. These natural variations are not eligible for return as defects.

What's the difference between Brass and Copper finishes?

Brass is a warm, golden-yellow metal with a soft sheen — pairs well with cream, beige, navy, and emerald interiors.
Copper is a deeper, redder, more orange-brown metal — pairs well with terracotta, rust, blush, and cooler grey interiors.

What kind of bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?

The lamp uses a G4 bi-pin LED bulb — a small two-pin base, different from G9 or screw-base E26/E27. Bulbs are not included. We recommend warm-white LED G4 bulbs (2700K) for the most flattering glow through the alabaster.

The fixture works with a common wall switch (not included). To dim, pair with a dimmable LED G4 bulb and a compatible wall dimmer.

How is the wall lamp installed?

The lamp is hardwired and connects to a standard wall junction box, just like a typical sconce. The fixture itself does not include a switch — power is controlled by an external wall switch (not included). For a clean look, install at a height that sits between eye level and ceiling (typically 60–66″ above the floor).

An electrician is recommended unless you already have an existing junction box at the desired location.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Because the shade is hand-carved natural alabaster, slight variations in veining, color saturation, and translucency between units are part of the material's authentic character — these are not eligible for return as defects.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.

Alabaster is a mineral first worked by the Egyptians and Greeks — prized then, as now, for its translucency and quiet grain. Each of our fixtures begins as a block of raw stone and ends in a fixture that glows as if lit from inside the earth itself.

The Craft

Four steps from
quarry to fixture.

Every alabaster piece passes through the same four hands — cutting, shaping, drilling, finishing. What arrives at your door carries the trace of all of them.

Cutting

Raw blocks are scored and cut on precision stone saws — every dimension traced from the original design, every grain of the stone respected.

Shaping

Complex curves are turned on lathes and carved by hand. Each fixture's silhouette is coaxed from the stone rather than imposed on it.

Drilling

Concealed channels are drilled for wiring and concealed hardware — invisible in the finished piece, but critical to the clean line.

Finishing

Polished to a soft lustre or honed to matte — whichever brings the stone's veining forward without overpowering it.
