De Ghiaccio combineert een industrieel sterk metalen frame met laag na laag ambachtelijk vervaardigde, ijsachtige glazen tegels, gerangschikt in concentrische, aflopende ringen — een gelaagde compositie die een authentiek gevoel van beweging en diepte, Het licht wordt gebroken over honderden gestructureerde oppervlakken. Het kristalheldere glas roept een bevroren landschap op, en het gelaagde ronde silhouet geeft het armatuur een imposante uitstraling die oogt als een Een boeiend middelpunt, zelfs in onverlichte toestand.. De Ghiaccio is verkrijgbaar in zes afwerkingen — zwart, goud, transparant, amber, groen en rookgrijs — en drie formaten tot 120 cm. De ∅ 23,6″ (60 cm) Geschikt voor eettafels tot 137 cm en slaapkamers met een plafondhoogte vanaf 2,7 meter. ∅ 35,4″ (90 cm) is de meest populaire afmeting voor eetkamers — voor tafels van 60 tot 84 inch met plafonds vanaf 3 meter hoog. ∅ 47,2″ (120 cm) Dit is een indrukwekkend statement, ontworpen voor hoge foyers, grote woonkamers en hotellobby's met plafonds van 3,6 meter of hoger. You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
