The design

A crown of antique brass, trailing clear glass like rainfall.

The Doris is built around an interlaced antique brass branch framework — organically formed twigs woven into a circular crown from which multiple tiers of clear glass drops cascade freely below. Each glass droplet is individually suspended, capturing and refracting the light from ten G9 sockets into a soft, shimmering prismatic display that covers surrounding walls and ceiling with a delicate play of light. The design is both a functional statement chandelier for formal dining rooms and a sculptural work of art that rewards close inspection — its fine detail visible in the brass texture, the glass clarity, and the way each drop catches light differently at different angles. A warm-white G9 LED capsule (2700 K, 3–5 W) produces the richest shimmer through clear glass drops — the warm color temperature gives the crystal a golden hue that reads as luxurious and intimate. G9 Edison-style filament bulbs at 2200 K add an even deeper amber warmth and give the drops a visible glow source that enhances the chandelier's sculptural quality. Avoid cool-white or daylight G9s (5000 K+) which will make the crystal look harsh rather than luminous. With 10 sockets at 3–5 W each, total draw remains well within a standard household circuit.

What size dining table does the Doris Chandelier suit?

At 80 cm (31.5 inches) in diameter, the Doris is proportioned for dining tables between 48 and 72 inches long — a 6 to 8-seat dining table. For a round or square dining table, the chandelier should be roughly half the table's diameter. Hang the bottom of the chandelier (including the lowest glass drops) approximately 30–34 inches above the tabletop for comfortable sight lines across the table. For longer rectangular tables, consider spacing two Doris chandeliers in a linear arrangement.

How do I clean the glass drops and brass framework?

For routine maintenance, dust the glass drops with a clean dry microfiber cloth — working systematically from the top tier down to avoid disturbing already-cleaned drops. For deeper cleaning, individual glass drops can be carefully detached from their wire hooks, wiped with a lightly damp cloth and a drop of glass cleaner, dried fully, then reattached. The antique brass framework should be wiped with a soft dry cloth only — avoid polishes or chemicals that may strip the patina finish.

Can the Doris be used with a dimmer switch?

Dimming is possible with the Doris if you install dimmable G9 LED capsules (not all G9 LEDs are dimmable — check the bulb packaging) and connect to a compatible trailing-edge LED dimmer rated for the combined wattage of all 10 sockets. G9 Edison filament bulbs are also dimmable with a standard leading-edge dimmer. The chandelier fixture itself is dimmer-compatible; the key is selecting the right bulbs and dimmer type. If in doubt, consult a licensed electrician before wiring.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
