A sculptural linear chandelier where a single undulating ribbon of clear acrylic — embedded with a fine bubble pattern of tiny white dots — flows horizontally across the room, lit edge-on by an integrated LED that scatters light across every dot like sunlight through frost.

Three lengths span dining tables and islands from 100 to 150 cm, suspended from twin transparent cables and a slim brass oval canopy.

The story

Light diffused into a thousand points.

The Alon's ribbon is a single piece of clear acrylic shaped into an undulating S-curve — not bands of light strung together, but one continuous flowing form. Embedded throughout the acrylic is a fine pattern of tiny white dots ("bubble" finish), which serve as both a textural decoration and a precise optical function: the integrated LED shines edge-on into the acrylic, and each dot scatters that light forward, distributing the source into thousands of even points across the entire ribbon surface. There's no harsh bulb visible, no glare, no hotspot — just an evenly luminous flowing line. Pairs effortlessly with contemporary, modern luxe, organic-modern, biophilic, and warm-eclectic interiors.

Two things to know.

J-box compatibility

The factory canopy doesn't fit US-standard J-boxes by default.

The Alon's slim brass oval canopy is sized for European-standard ceiling junction boxes. Dekorfine ships a US-standard J-box-compatible adapter accessory at no charge — request it in your order notes or contact support@dekorfine.com if you're installing in North America.

Dimming compatibility

Dim only with the included RC remote.

The Alon dims via the included RC Remote Control Dimmer only. It is NOT compatible with wall dimmer switches. If your wall switch is a dimmer, set it to full / 100% and use the remote for all brightness control — using a wall dimmer can damage the integrated LED driver.

Will the canopy fit my US ceiling junction box?

Yes — with the included accessory. The Alon's slim brass oval canopy is sized for European-standard ceiling junction boxes and won't directly mount to a typical North American round J-box.

Dekorfine ships a US-standard J-box-compatible adapter at no charge — note your install region in the order notes when purchasing, or contact support@dekorfine.com with your order number to confirm the adapter is included.

How does the dimming work — can I use my wall dimmer?

No — the Alon is not compatible with wall dimmer switches. Dimming is handled exclusively by the included RC Remote Control Dimmer, which lets you adjust brightness from anywhere in the room.

If your wall switch is a dimmer, set it to full / 100% and leave it there — use the remote for all brightness adjustments. Connecting the Alon to a wall dimmer can damage the integrated LED driver.

How do I switch between Warm and Cool light?

Toggle color temperature by quickly tapping the wall switch off-and-on within 1-2 seconds — each tap cycles between Warm Light (~3000K) for dining and evening atmosphere, and Cool Light (~6000K) for task-focused work like food prep at the kitchen island.

The RC remote handles brightness for both modes; the wall switch handles the warm/cool toggle.

Which length should I choose?

All three share the same 30 cm width and 150 cm hanging height — only ribbon length and LED power differ:

100 cm / 50 W: standard 4-6 person dining tables (160-200 cm long), small kitchen islands.
120 cm / 64 W: larger 6-8 person dining tables (200-240 cm), standard islands.
150 cm / 76 W: banquet tables (240-300 cm), grand islands, double-height open-plan spaces.

Linear pendants over a dining table look best at roughly 2/3 the table's length — measure your table and pick the closest match.

What is integrated LED, and can it be replaced?

Integrated LED means the light source is built directly into the fixture — no bulb to replace under normal use. Modern integrated LEDs are rated for 30,000-50,000 hours (roughly 25-40 years at 3 hours/day). The Alon's LED is positioned to shine edge-on into the acrylic ribbon, where the embedded bubble dots scatter the light evenly across the entire surface — this is what gives the chandelier its uniform glow with no visible hotspot.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to return an item.

Seven steps, in order. Please follow each carefully — deviations may delay or affect your refund.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
