THE DESIGN

Solid wood outer ring, slim metal armature, fabric below — three textures, one calm circle.

A solid wood outer ring frames the disc, bonded to a slim black metal armature that holds the integrated LED panel above a soft fabric diffuser. The diffuser softens the 35W output into a wide, even wash that flatters tabletops without harsh hotspots — the kind of light that disappears into the ceiling during the day and warms a room at night. The flat 3.9″ silhouette suspended on a 59″ adjustable wire reads as a walnut and fabric chandelier dining piece in walnut, a contemporary statement in black, or a soft natural neutral in wood color — equally at home in Japandi ceiling light, mid-century, and contemporary rooms.

What size dining table or kitchen island does this best suit?

The 23.6″ (60 cm) diameter is sized for a 4–6 seat round or oval dining table (4–5 ft / 120–150 cm), or a standard kitchen island. For larger 6 ft+ tables, two of these spaced apart works better than a single fixture in this diameter. For a primary bedroom, hang above a queen bed, dropping the fixture roughly 60 in (152 cm) above the floor.

How low can my ceiling be?

The fixture body is only 10 cm (3.9″) tall, and the 150 cm / 59″ adjustable wire lets you hang it as short or long as your ceiling allows. With the wire shortened to 30 cm, the fixture works comfortably in rooms with 8 ft (244 cm) ceilings; full-length 59″ wire suits 10 ft+ rooms or open-plan spaces.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the fixture and rated for long-life use under normal household conditions, so it isn't user-replaceable. If a unit fails within the warranty window, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement.

How do I clean the fabric diffuser?

Power off the fixture and let it fully cool. Dust the fabric gently with a soft brush attachment on a vacuum (low suction) or a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, household cleaners, and solvents — they can stain or warp the fabric. For the wood ring, a dry or barely-damp cloth is enough to lift dust without raising the grain.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
