The Diamond Cut Ceiling Light comes in three model silhouettes, all sharing the same ∅ 5.9″ (15 cm) diameter — the difference is in the height and shape:

Model A: ∅ 5.9″ × H 12.6″ (15 × 32 cm) — the tallest, most elongated silhouette.
Model B: ∅ 5.9″ × H 11.8″ (15 × 30 cm) — slightly shorter, similar elongated shape.
Model C: ∅ 5.9″ × H 6.7″ (15 × 17 cm) — the most compact, low-profile option.

The compact diameter makes the Diamond Cut especially well-suited for clustering — hang multiple over a long dining table, kitchen island, or down a hallway.

Can I cluster multiple Diamond Cut lights together?

Yes — the Diamond Cut is designed for individual or grouped installation. Hang one as a single accent over a reading chair or bedside, or run a row of two to five along a kitchen island or hallway for full Art Deco theatrical effect.

Each unit is wired separately and ceiling-mounted via a standard junction box — coordinate spacing with your electrician at the install stage.

What kind of bulb does it use?

Each socket uses an E12 or E14 small screw-base bulb (LED or Edison bulb supported). Use E12 in North America and E14 in Europe and the UK. Different from the more common E26/E27 base — purchase E12 or E14 bulbs accordingly. Bulbs are not included.

For the most authentic Art Deco glow, we recommend warm-white (2700K) Edison-style LED bulbs — they pair beautifully with the brass body and faceted glass.

How is the Diamond Cut Ceiling Light installed?

The light is ceiling-mounted via a standard junction box and connects to a common wall switch (not included). Because it's a hardwired fixture, an electrician is recommended for installation if you don't already have an existing ceiling junction box at your desired location.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Slight tonal variation in the brass finish is part of the natural patina and not eligible for return as defects.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
