Each crystal is set onto a stainless-steel armature that traces a single continuous spiral from canopy to base — the geometry catches and refracts light differently from every angle, creating a sense of vertical movement rare in static metalwork. Integrated LED modules distribute warm light along the full length of the drop without the heat or replacement cycle of conventional bulbs, making the fixture well-suited to high-ceiling commercial installations where bulb access would otherwise require scaffolding. Clear crystal reads consistently across both contemporary and traditional grand-entry interiors.

What ceiling height does the Long Spiral Crystal Chandelier require?

Each size has a different minimum — the 90.6-inch (230 cm) drop needs roughly 10-foot finished ceilings to clear head height comfortably, while the 118-inch (300 cm) drop requires 14-foot or taller. For optimal vertical drama in a grand foyer, open stairwell, or double-height living room, ceilings of 12 to 18 feet are ideal. Custom suspension lengths are available for any ceiling — contact us with your exact dimensions before ordering.

Can the chandelier be customized for a hotel or hospitality project?

Yes — every dimension is customizable, including overall length, diameter, finish color, integrated LED count, and suspension wire or chain length. Interior designers and project managers can communicate directly with our design team to specify exact requirements. For hotel lobby lighting, resort atriums, or stairwell void installations, email support@dekorfine.com with your project brief and ceiling height.

What kind of installation does this fixture require?

Due to its scale and total weight, the Long Spiral Chandelier requires a structurally reinforced ceiling mount point — standard residential junction boxes are not rated for large-format spiral chandeliers. Professional installation by a licensed electrician familiar with multi-meter chandelier rigging is strongly recommended. For new construction or major renovation, rough in a dedicated chandelier support box or beam connection at the ceiling.

Is the integrated LED dimmable, and can the bulbs be replaced?

The integrated LED is non-replaceable by design, with long-life modules rated for the kind of high-ceiling commercial use where bulb access would otherwise require scaffolding. Dimming is supported when paired with a compatible LED driver — confirm with us before ordering if your installation requires a specific dimming protocol (TRIAC, 0–10V, DALI).

Will this work with US, Canadian, EU, and Australian wiring?

Yes — the fixture is rated AC 110–240 V multi-voltage and certified for North America, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. It hardwires into a standard ceiling junction box and works with any common wall switch, with optional dimming via a compatible LED driver.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
