The cylindrical base is crafted from natural cavestone — an authentic mineral material with its own inherent grain, vein, and tonal variation. Each base is unique: no two pieces are the same.

Slight differences in surface texture, color saturation, or veining pattern between units are characteristic features of authentic stone, not quality issues. The product photos show one representative example.

What size is the Mono Floor Lamp?

The Mono measures L 16.9″ × W 11.8″ × H 53.5″ (L 43 × W 30 × H 136 cm). The curved arc arm projects the shade away from the base, allowing the lamp to lean over a sofa or reading chair to direct light onto a seat without needing to be placed directly behind it.

Why is the stone base different on every lamp?

The cylindrical base is crafted from natural cavestone — an authentic mineral material with its own inherent grain, vein, and tonal variation. Each base is unique; no two pieces are the same.

Slight differences in texture, color saturation, or veining between units are characteristic features of authentic stone, not quality issues. What finishes does the Mono come in?

Two color options: Black (matte black metal arm and conical shade with black cavestone base) and Beige (warm beige metal arm and shade with light cavestone base). Black anchors as a graphic, modern statement; Beige softens into warmer, neutral interiors.

What kind of bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?

The lamp uses a standard E14 small screw-base bulb (LED or Edison). E14 is more common in Europe — different from screw-base E26/E27. Bulbs are not included.

The cord switch is a foot switch — on/off only, not a dimmer. To dim, pair with a dimmable LED E14 bulb and a separate plug-in dimmer adapter (sold separately at most home improvement stores).

How is the Mono powered?

The Mono is a plug-in floor lamp. It ships with a 150 cm / 59″ cord and a foot switch built into the cord, ending in a standard wall plug. No hardwiring — just position next to your nearest outlet and step on the foot switch to turn on or off. The cord is extendable on request.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Because the base is natural cavestone, variations in surface texture, color saturation, and veining between units are part of the material's authentic character — these are not eligible for return as defects.

Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Refund
Eligibility

What qualifies for a full refund.

Eligible — we cover 100% of costs

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund hasn't arrived, please write to support@dekorfine.com and we'll look into it.
