The Vivara is built in the Murano-style glassmaking tradition — each oval glass element individually formed and suspended from a white metal frame in cascading tiers that widen as they descend, creating a rich pyramid silhouette. The warm amber glass catches incandescent and warm-white LED light with a deep golden glow, casting layered reflections across walls and ceilings that animate the space. Available in three diameters — 60, 80, and 100 cm — the Vivara scales as a statement chandelier for formal dining rooms, grand foyers with ceilings above 10 feet, boutique hotel suites, and luxury penthouse living rooms where vintage artistry and contemporary scale belong together.

Which size suits my room — Dia 60, 80, or 100 cm?

The Dia 60 cm (23.6″) reads quietly in a primary bedroom, breakfast nook, study, or above a 4-seat round table — ideal for ceilings 8.5–9.5 ft. The Dia 80 cm (31.5″) suits 6-seat dining tables (60–72″), single-story formal foyers, and boutique hotel suite living areas, ceilings 9–11 ft. The Dia 100 cm (39.4″) is the statement piece — built for grand foyers, two-story entries, hotel lobbies, 8-seat dining tables, and 12 ft+ ceilings.

What ceiling height does the Vivara chandelier require?

Each size hangs differently — fixture body height is 48.5 cm / 65 cm / 70 cm depending on diameter, plus the standard 30 cm suspension rod. For a formal dining room, the bottom of the chandelier should clear the table by at least 28–32 inches. The 60 cm version works comfortably in 8.5–9 ft ceilings; the 80 cm needs 9–10 ft; the 100 cm reads best in grand foyers and hotel lobbies with 12–16 ft ceilings. Custom suspension rod lengths are available on request.

Is this a genuine Murano glass chandelier?

The Vivara is crafted in the Murano-style glassmaking tradition — using the same hand-formed oval glass drop technique and layered tiered construction associated with Venetian chandeliers — but it is not certified as a product of the island of Murano, Italy. Dekorfine is a professional manufacturer that specializes in Murano-style lighting, offering the aesthetic and quality of this tradition at accessible price points and with full customization capability.

What bulb gives the best amber glow through the glass?

A warm-white E14 LED capsule (2700 K) produces the richest amber effect through the glass — the warm light tone reinforces the golden color of the drops and fills the room with a luxurious, candlelight-quality glow. E14 Edison-style filament bulbs at 2200–2400 K are an excellent alternative for an even warmer, more vintage tone. Avoid cool-white or daylight bulbs (4000 K+) which will wash out the amber quality of the glass entirely.

Can the Vivara be customized beyond the three standard sizes?

Yes — beyond the three standard diameters, the Vivara can be scaled to any diameter and height for a specific space. For a large hotel lobby chandelier, ballroom installation, or private dining room commission, our design team can adjust the diameter, tier count, glass density, glass color, metal finish, and suspension drop. Refund & Exchange, considered with care.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Submit an inquiry to support@dekorfine.com including your reason for return.
We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
