THE DESIGN

Brass cap, clear acrylic column — multiplied into a sculpture.

A slender 6 cm cylinder, 32 cm tall, capped in solid brass and sleeved in clear acrylic — this brass and acrylic pendant light reads as a single vertical stroke in space. The clear shade lets the E27 bulb do the talking: pair it with a soft warm Edison filament for a romantic glow, or a clean LED globe for crisp task light. Order it as a single 32 cm pendant for a bedside or stairwell moment, or scale up to an official cluster pendant chandelier of 2 to 21 cylinders — every cluster sharing one ceiling base, all dropping 59″ (150 cm) below it — to anchor a kitchen island, long dining table, double-height foyer, or hotel lobby. Each cluster size has its own canopy diameter, so the spread of cylinders scales naturally with the head count.

Single pendant or cluster — which configuration suits my space?

The single pendant (Dia 6 × H 32 cm / 12.6″ tall) is a compact standalone fixture for bedside tables, hallways, stairwell wells, and quiet bathroom corners. The cluster configurations (2 to 21 heads, all dropping 59″ / 150 cm from a shared ceiling base) work as chandelier installations: each cluster has its own canopy diameter — Dia 20 cm (7.9″) for 2 heads, scaling up to Dia 60 cm (23.6″) for 18–21 heads — so the spread of cylinders matches the head count. Use 3–5 heads over a 4–6 seat dining table, 7–12 heads over a long island or great-room, 15–21 heads for hotel lobbies and ballroom installations.

Will a US-standard E26 bulb fit this E27 socket?

Yes — E26 (US) and E27 (Europe) bulbs are mechanically and electrically interchangeable in this fixture. Any standard household screw-base bulb you already own will thread in, in every cylinder of the cluster. Read the full E27 vs E26 guide →

What bulb gives the best look in the clear acrylic shade?

Because the shade is clear, the bulb itself is the visual statement. A 2700K vintage Edison filament (4–6W LED filament version) gives a warm, romantic glow — best in cluster installations over a dining table where each filament becomes a point of light. For brighter task lighting over a kitchen island, a 3000K frosted globe LED (8–10W) gives even, glare-controlled output. Mixing is also striking: filament in the perimeter cylinders, frosted in the center.

Do all cylinders in a cluster hang at the same height?

By default, all cylinders in a cluster drop to the same H 59″ (150 cm) from the shared ceiling canopy. For staggered or varied heights — useful in stairwell installations, double-height foyers, or for a more sculptural arrangement — message us before ordering with your desired height variation, and we can supply varied cord lengths at no extra cost.

Is this fixture dimmable?

The fixture itself is hardwired and switch-agnostic, so dimming depends on the bulbs and switch you pair with it. Use dimmable LED or Edison bulbs plus a compatible LED dimmer (not a standard rotary intended for incandescents) for smooth, flicker-free dimming across all cylinders in a cluster.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
