The story

A blooming silhouette, finished by hand.

The Fleur shade is built on a metal frame shaped into the silhouette of a blooming flower — radiating segments curve gently outward from a central point. Each segment is wrapped in soft beige fabric, and the seams between segments are highlighted with delicate sage-green trim that echoes the curve of each "petal."

Polished gold hardware caps the center, where a decorative tassel hangs as a finishing flourish — an unmistakable nod to vintage 19th-century lighting tradition, reinterpreted with a modern, restrained palette.

What materials and colors is the Fleur made of?

The Fleur is built on a metal frame shaped into the silhouette of a blooming flower. Each radiating "petal" segment is wrapped in soft light-beige fabric, with seams highlighted by delicate sage-green trim. The center is capped with polished gold-toned metal hardware, and a decorative tassel in matching sage green hangs from the central point as a finishing flourish.

The neutral palette of beige, sage, and gold is designed to coordinate with most interiors — particularly traditional, transitional, vintage-inspired, and warm-neutral schemes.

What kind of bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?

Standard E26 / E27 screw-base bulb (LED or Edison). Use E26 in North America, E27 in Europe and the UK. Bulbs are not included.

For the most flattering glow through the beige fabric shade, we recommend warm-white LED bulbs (2700K). The fixture works with a common wall switch; for dimming, pair with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible wall dimmer.

How is it installed?

The Fleur is a flush-mount ceiling light — it sits directly against the ceiling with no exposed cord, hardwired into a standard ceiling junction box. With its low H 10.6″ (27 cm) profile, it works well in rooms with low ceilings where a hanging pendant would feel too imposing.

Where does the Fleur work best?

The Fleur's vintage-romantic personality and warm fabric glow make it a favorite for bedrooms, primary bedrooms, dressing rooms, dining areas, formal living rooms, and entryway foyers. The sage-and-gold palette coordinates beautifully with cream walls, walnut furniture, brass accents, and floral textiles.

Avoid bathrooms, kitchens above the stove, or any location with high humidity or grease — the fabric shade and tassel are best kept in dry interior rooms.

How do I clean and care for the fabric shade?

Gently dust the fabric and tassel with a soft brush, lint roller, or dry microfiber cloth every few weeks to maintain a fresh appearance. For minor marks, spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap — never soak the fabric or use harsh cleaners.

Do not machine-wash the shade. Avoid placing the lamp in humid environments or near direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the fabric and trim over time.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Dekorfine offers a 30-day return policy on undamaged items in their original packaging. Because the shade is hand-finished fabric with delicate trim and tassel, slight variations in fabric weave, trim alignment, and tassel length between units are part of authentic textile craftsmanship — these are not eligible for return as defects.

This policy applies to all lighting fixtures sold on dekorfine.com worldwide. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return — the terms below keep every case fair for both sides.

The 30-Day
Window

Thirty days, simply stated.

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date — verified by carrier tracking — to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays return shipping

Quality or transport issue — we cover free return and exchange, including shipping.
Personal preference — if the fixture simply isn't right for you, return shipping is your responsibility. Rates vary by carrier.

Common consumer reasons: the product didn't meet expectations, sizing concerns, color preferences, change of mind, wrong item or quantity ordered, or overlooked product specifications.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dekorfine.com immediately so we can make it right.

Product damaged due to quality defects or transit.
Unused items returned within the 30-day window.
Any item returned to sender undelivered.
Any item not delivered within 90 days.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Orders or items valued at $5,000 or more.
Bespoke, custom, or special-order products made to your specifications.
Light bulbs.
Products not in original condition or packaging.
Bulk orders — three or more of the same product. For large orders we recommend purchasing a single item first to confirm fit.

For items not eligible for refund, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation
& EU Terms

Canceling an order.

Cancellations are possible within 3 days of order confirmation. Once this window closes, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us — we may still be able to help. Once the package is in transit, orders cannot be canceled.

If you insist on canceling after shipment, a 30%–50% fee (warehousing, order processing, and shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Orders shipped to the EU may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We confirm the refund amount based on your reason and the items in your order.
We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. Refunds require these instructions to be followed.
You ship at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping or supply prepaid labels. Please include your order confirmation email inside the package.
Notify us by email once shipped, and share the tracking number if available.
We process your return within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refund
Timing

Refunds, honestly timed.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, funds return automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund on their end.
