All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card or wallet is in a different currency, your payment provider will apply their current exchange rate at the time of checkout. Dekorfine does not add any currency conversion fees.

Dekorfine.com runs on HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. Every piece of data exchanged between your browser and our server — including your personal details, shipping address, and payment credentials — is encrypted in transit and cannot be read or intercepted by a third party.
You can verify this at any time by checking the padlock icon in your browser's address bar, or by confirming that the URL begins with https://.
PayPal — checkout without sharing your card details.
When you pay with PayPal at Dekorfine, your card number and bank account details are never shared with us — only PayPal processes your financial information directly. This adds a meaningful layer of separation between your payment credentials and the merchant.
PayPal also provides Buyer Protection on eligible purchases. If an item doesn't arrive, arrives significantly different from what was described, or arrives damaged, you can open a dispute directly through your PayPal account and request a resolution — including a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping costs.
PayPal's dispute window is 180 days from the date of payment, giving you ample time to identify and report any issue.

Card payments, processed on a certified platform.
Credit and debit card payments at Dekorfine are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified gateway — the highest available certification for payment processors. Your card details are encrypted at the point of entry and handled entirely within Shopify's secure infrastructure.
Shopify Payments accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. Venmo is also supported where available.
A few habits that protect you further.
While our platform is built to be secure, a few straightforward practices on your side will give you the strongest possible protection when shopping online anywhere.
- Check the URL. Always confirm the page address starts with https:// and shows a padlock icon before entering any personal or payment information.
- Avoid public Wi-Fi for checkout. Open networks at cafés, airports, or hotels can be monitored by others. Use a trusted private connection or mobile data when completing a purchase.
- Use a strong, unique password. If you create an account with us, use a password that isn't shared with other services. A password manager can help you manage this without the mental load.
- Review your payment statements. Check your card or PayPal statement periodically to catch any unrecognised charges early.
- Keep your devices updated. Operating system and browser updates often include security patches that protect against known vulnerabilities.
Dekorfine will never send you an unsolicited email asking you to confirm your payment details or click a link to re-enter your password. If you receive a message like this claiming to be from us, do not click any links — please forward it to support@dekorfine.com so we can investigate.
